  • ·Deals already marketed widely with no flexibility

How we work with introducers

Clear terms, paid on completion.

Sourcing fees are agreed in writing before we view a property — typically based on a percentage of purchase price or a flat fee depending on deal type. No surprises, no renegotiation at completion.

Compliance matters. We expect sourcers to be properly registered (PRS, AML / HMRC, ICO, professional redress). We work with compliant operators only — it protects everyone, including the sellers we're buying from.

Exclusivity is reasonable and time-limited. We'll usually ask for 14 days to underwrite a deal properly. We don't sit on opportunities.

Repeat business is the goal. The sourcers we work with most have a few things in common: clean deal packs, realistic pricing, and proper sourcing — not retail listings dressed up as off-market.
