The story
Why North London. Why this way.
Peter has spent his working life around property — first watching how London's residential market actually behaves on the ground, then operating in it. What stood out wasn't the deals that worked. It was how many didn't have to fail in the way they did: owners pushed into bad sales, tenants moved into bad housing, investors burned by structures that were never built to last.
YesNowProperty is the response. A small, focused company that does fewer deals than it could — and does them properly. Westminster and North London because Peter knows the streets here personally; you can't invest well in a place you don't actually understand.
